Mindfulness Coaching: 12-Week Live Training

Enrollment opens in Early 2026. For coaches who want to deepen their own mindfulness practice, introduce mindfulness to clients, and use mindfulness in-session to deepen awareness.

As a Coach, Have You Found Yourself Here?

  • A client begins coaching with energy and insight—but a few weeks later, their momentum has stalled. You want to support them without pushing, but feel unsure how to move forward.
  • You catch yourself rushing, filling silence with questions or reflections, rather than trusting the space to unfold.
  • You notice a client’s body tense, their voice tighten, and sense something deeper is happening—but you hesitate to name it, afraid of overstepping.
  • You find yourself face-to-face with resistance, avoidance, or emotion, and wonder how to meet it without rescuing or redirecting.
  • Or perhaps you leave a session feeling drained, doubting your impact, and longing for the kind of depth you know is possible.

If so, you're not alone. These moments don’t mean you’re failing as a coach. They mean you’re being invited to slow down and root into a deeper ground of presence. Mindfulness offers that ground.

Why Mindfulness in Coaching?

According to the ICF Coaching Snapshot: Coaching and Mental Well-Being (2024), 85% of professional coaches report that clients ask for mental well-being support — with mindfulness, meditation, and visualization among the most frequently requested practices.

Independent research confirms this: around 50% of coaching clients directly ask for mindfulness techniques, making it one of the top three most requested tools (Gitnux, 2023).

In short: clients want mindfulness in their coaching. This program prepares you to meet that demand with confidence and skill.

But beyond client demand, mindfulness offers something deeper: a steady ground for you as a coach.

When you cultivate mindfulness, you:

  • Trust what emerges instead of reaching for what’s next.

  • Attune to subtle somatic cues—breath, posture, tone—that reveal the truth beneath words.

  • Hold resistance and emotion with calm curiosity, creating safety for transformation.

  • Support clients to stay connected to themselves, even in discomfort.

  • Leave sessions feeling resourced, steady, and aligned rather than depleted.

Mindfulness isn’t just another technique. It’s a way of being that transforms how you show up—and what becomes possible for your clients.
